4 Easy Steps to Buy Land

  • Complete your due diligence (research) to confirm the land suits your needs.
  • Stake your claim to the property by submitting your payment via the listing’s ‘Purchase‘ or ‘Financing‘ (when available) section.  You will find this section inside the individual listing on the top-right-hand side.
  • Depending on the location of the property and the terms (cash purchase or financing) there may be additional paperwork required to complete the transaction.
  • Once the purchase price is paid in full (and clears) we will prepare an acceptable high-quality notarized deed to officially transfer ownership.  The new Deed (in your name) will be sent to the County for recording.  Depending on their efficiency, the county can take several days to a week(s) to record and stamp the deed before forwarding it to you.  We will stay in touch throughout the process.

In addition to easy credit card checkout give us a call if you’d rather send a check (personal, business, or cashier’s) or make a wire transfer to complete your purchase.
